Please tell me. Include the calculator, the numbers you entered, and what you expected — that is usually enough to reproduce it immediately. Corrections to the math get fixed and noted on the page. This is the most useful mail I get.

Describe the decision you are trying to make rather than the tool you think you need. The best tools here came from someone explaining a problem, not specifying a feature.

What I cannot help with

I cannot advise on your personal financial situation, recommend a specific policy or lender, or tell you what to buy. Those require a licensed professional who can see your whole picture — and, frankly, who carries the liability for getting it wrong.
